This is this first post here as we begin to get the system set up and add content.
Audio and video web conferencing, conference calling, call centers, business telephone systems, broadband phone and VoIP phone services are a prominent part of our focus here at AltaGlobal.
As well as offering resources for business, providing consumer related information is integral to our vision. Our concern is focused on proviing current information - in one place - that you can access easily to find the resources you need to meet your communication needs.
Businesses have a somewhat different set of needs, as well as a different fiscal structure from the typical consumer (by this, we are referring to an individual or family). In general, the needs of a consumer have more to do with the day-to-day utilization of the telephone networks to communicate with family and friends . They are looking primarily to reduce expenditures and increase the time they can afford to spend talking. Businesses actually are also looking to cut expenses, of course, but they are also looking for advanced solutions that will augment their marketing efforts, improve customer service and, in many cases, provide new and valuable alternatives to traditional communicvation pathways.
